整流器概述及分類

概述

制動器是直流線圈 ，由交流電供電時必需配接整流器將交流電轉換成直流電供電磁制動器工作。通常情況下，制動器的電源在整流器的交流側控制，若需實現制動器的快速制動，則應在整流器的直流側對制動器進行控制（在整流器的直流側串接一個與電機電源同步的開關）。我公司開發有直接可實現快速制動的整流器，在整流器交流側斷電就可實現快速制動。
具有以下特點：
1. 外形美觀、體積小、接線方便；
2. 全進口電子元器件，具有輸入、輸出保護電路，適應于電感器件的高頻次工作；
3. 密封性好，適合（YEJ）電動機標準的工作環境，可直接安裝在電機的接線盒內。

整流器使用注意事項

l  整流器輸入端必須接入工頻50HZ電源，嚴禁接入變頻電源。

l  整流器的輸出直流電壓必須與制動器額定電壓相匹配。

l  整流器*大允許直流電流2.5A。

l  BZL3整流器與制動器電壓匹配見下表：
